Crop Forecast for the current season
The Board makes an annual publication outlining the current status of production in South Australia, including:
  • Crop Production Forecast - of upcoming season (updated frequently) and
  • Current Plantings - summarising the tree plantings in South Australian orchards
Estimated Production
After a meeting of the crop estimate committee, the expected crop for the season has been revised.
The latest estimates are tabled below, with the actual tonnes from previous years as a comparison.

Australian Citrus Plantings 2008 Summary
Planting statistics are an important reference that make crop estimates possible.
The Board releases a summary of current plantings to provide an overview of the plantings status in South Australia. The collated nature of the statistics protects the privacy of individual growers, yet provides an informative overview of the current trends within the industry.
