Board Members of the South Australian Citrus Industry Development Board
As specified in the Citrus Industry Act (2005), the South Australian Citrus Industry Development Board consists of seven members appointed by the Governor who are chosen by a selection committee that is appointed by the Minister under the Act.
The Act specifies that the seven board members must consist of:
- One presiding member (Chairman), nominated by the Minister
- Three members who are registered growers
- Three other members who have extensive knowledge of and experience in the marketing of citrus fruit, citrus fruit products or any other foodstuffs
